Kia Ora everyone!

We’re excited to share that Petrichoria is now live on itch.io! This marks a big step for us, and we’re thrilled to make the game more accessible to all of you. For those who’ve been following along in the Playtesting Discord server, you’ll be happy to know that mechanically, all the systems remain the same as the last build you tested back in January. This means the core gameplay and mechanics are unchanged.

The main differences in this release are:

• A much smaller file size: We’ve optimized the build to make downloading and installing the game quicker and easier.
• A new home for the download: Instead of being limited to the Discord server, Petrichoria now has a dedicated page on itch.io, making it simpler for everyone to access and share.

A quick heads-up: The last build did have some bugs, and unfortunately, our main systems repair man been sidelined with the flu, so those haven’t been addressed yet. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve the game. If you encounter any issues, feel free to let us know so we can tackle them in future updates.

This launch is just the beginning, and we’re looking forward to hearing your feedback as more players dive in. Thank you for your support and enthusiasm so far. We couldn’t have gotten here without you!
